How to adopt the e-ski attitude ?

Your first stay

You do not have a Liber'Tignes or Pass'Tignes rechargeable card yet? It doesn't matter. Just order your ski pass on line at  www.skipass-tignes.com and receive your Libert'Tignes or Pass'Tignes card at home.

You can also get your Liber'Tignes directly from the skilift cashdesk in Tignes.

And remember that, by ordering online, you will benefit from immediate discounts with your Pass'Tignes.

You can order your card up to 8 days before your first day of ski if you come and collect your card at the skilift reception, or up to 15 days is you prefer to have it delivered at home.

Make sure to keep your Liber'Tignes or Pass'Tignes: you can recharge it online for your next stay in Tignes.

Your next stay : recharging

If you already have your Liber'Tignes or Pass'Tignes, just visit our online sales website www.skipass-tignes.com.

Once you are logged in - using the ID and password provided to you on your first order, just go to ''recharge'' and select the skipass you want to upload on your Liber'Tignes or Pass'Tignes card.

If you wish so, you can also recharge your Liber'Tignes at the skilift cashdesk ; just give it to our sales agents and they will recharge it for you.

You do not wish to adopt the e-ski attitude?

Because in Tignes, freedom is paramount, you can chose the Ecopass card. It is valid for the duration of your stay only, and you can deposit in special boxes available throughout our resort at the end of your stay; we will take care of its recycling.

Hand-free skipass: how does it work ?

Throughout Tignes ski area, the STGM is glad to offer you hand-free ski passes, made of:
  your Liber'Tignes, Pass'Tignes or Ecopass card,
  ski lift gates.

When you arrive at the ski lift gate with your ski pass in your pocket, the system checks the validity of your pass and let you access the ski area automatically.

Caution

 Facilitate your way through

· Please place your ski pass in your ski outfit upper left pocket -especially for children.· Please avoid to put your keys, mobile phone, credit cards and cigarettes in the same pocket. · Go through the gates with only your card in your pocket (each member of your family or your group must have their own ski pass with them). Liber'Tignes, Pass'Tignes or Ecopass cards are strictly personal; please make sure to keep them in your own pocket.

 Preserve your card

·Do not pierce, tear or bend your Pass'Tignes, Liber'Tignes or Ecopass: the electronic system inside could be damaged. · Do not write or stick anything on your card, do not wash it nor dry it (stay clear of heat sources like radiators or fire place. · Be careful, your Pass'Tignes, LiberTignes or Ecopass card can be discharged near electrical appliances. : the chip can get in conflict with some materials and technologies (especially mobile phones).

Once your order is complete (first time or reloading), you will receive an email confirmation. Please make sure you print and keep this document with you during your stay. Should you lose or get your ski pass stolen, this will unable you to ski again without delay!
This document will also unable you to certify that you are insured (carré neige, cancellation insurance).
